Nice, quiet, basic exercise bike. Performs well, but don't believe bike can support much more than my 200 lbs. Seat was too hard, had to purchase a cushioned seat cover. Assembly instructions were poor, lucky I'm mechanically inclined. Screws to hold readout display were missing, lucky I keep miscellaneous screws around. Handlebar support screws have to be very, very tight to keep bars in place.

2 weeks to issue a refund???? Not very happy with this. I was expecting it to be shipped by the 11th, on the 25th was issued a refund that still isn't in my acocount. I ordered this product on the 7th.
