The box that the chair arrived in was pretty much destroyed by UPS but the pieces were all intact and the chair went together easily. It's nice and sturdy and seat is actually very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived in 3 days after ordering. Thank you!

Quick shipment and good replacement cases as long as you don't need to use trays other than those that come with these. The case itself is non-uniform and other trays tend to not snap in securely, thus fitting loosely.
