I received a flat shelf cart on 19 Nov, 4 days before the start of the delivery estimate. The cart was slightly different (newer version) than the one pictured. I contacted Shoplet to let them know that the cart was slightly different, but that I wanted to keep the cart. They apologized for the differnce and provided a $15 goodwill refund. Great service!
