Item arrived in a timely manner. It came in a cheap unmarked box which made feel that the item was not exactly new. After inspecting it there were no scratches or signs of use. Therefore only taking off one star.

Watch did not match display picture, but they were very courteous about returning it for a refund. Only lost postage, which turned out to be more than I thought. My mistake for ordering before reading the fine print. Seems like a good company though.
