I have purchased this unit a Navigon 7100 from buy.com and so far i am very pleased with everything including the price. They shipped it right out and received it in 3 days, in brand new condition. I took the time to research out various gps products, and even thought some of the reviews did not have positive feed back, all I can say is so far I am very pleased with this unit, it as performed better than expected, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good gps at a excellent price, especially with the rebate! The store had excellent customer service, and shipped real quick! So far the unit has taken me correctly to every point I have programed into it correctly, and then back home. I do think using the external antenna does help, and also if a user wants to take the time to program in the suggested changes with their computer that you can obtain from the review site for this unit, it does seem to enhance it's options. I believe that the manufacturer will eventually go the 4 gb card, but the 2 seems to be more than adaquate for the time being for US. Like the improved graphics and the way it zooms in and out and shows many more points of interest than many other units.

I purchased a Sony PSP from Buy.com because they were offering $20 off when you use google checkout. I attempted to contact customer service regarding a question I had about a return. I emailed them twice (the second email asked for a phone call). After a week and a half, I still had not heard from them. So I tracked down an actual phone number and called customer service. The guy could not help me and told me that a manager could not help me either. I insisted to speak to a supervisor he told me I would have to call back between 9-5 pacific time. I emailed customer service again that day and asked for another phone call. I called back the next day and the number was busy for 30 minutes. I then sat on hold for a half hour and got disconnected. I then sat on hold for an hour and 30 minutes (I am not exaggerating). The recording was giving me an option to press 1 and leave a message for someone to get back to me. After an hour and a half, I had to press 1 and leave a message because my cell phone battery was about to die. I left a message asking for a phone call. It has been two weeks since I sat on hold for an hour and a half and I still have not received a phone call. I will NEVER shop here again. It's not worth the $20 or whatever you might save. BEWARE of this seller and if you have any expectations for customer service whatsoever, do not do business with this merchant!!!!!

Good service. Ordered a Western Digital My Book 250GB external hard on Sunday and recevied it 2 days later. Product came NIB and was the lowest price on the web. Hope it works...Nice job.
