Very dissapointed, as a regular Amazon customer this is my worst experience. Product arrived damaged-poor packaging IMO, KY promised an immediate replacement w/tracking info. USPS site says, "This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date!!" Over 7 days and still nothing. When I ask KY sends me nice emails with their satisfaction gaurantee but you get NO results.
