Seller contacted me saying they didn't have anymore of the black shoes I ordered, I opted to get the white ones instead but this communication didn't take place until about 4 days after I placed the order. I think it could have been closer to when I placed the order.

slow fulfillment by company (5 days before shipping out), but item arrived in new-condition as described, albeit in scuffed-up padded envelope (which as a little alarming to see). would order again, but only if i didn't the item for 1.5 weeks (one week to ship out, another half week to make it to the West coast via UPS)

UPS never left the notices in a visible location and I found the UPS notices by the trash 3 days later. UPS stated that Trivillage did not allow holding of package to pick up and are following up on the driver who did not place the notices appropriately. I am not happy that Trivillage did not allow UPS to hold the package considering that most people work during the day. UPS fault as well.
