UPS never left the notices in a visible location and I found the UPS notices by the trash 3 days later. UPS stated that Trivillage did not allow holding of package to pick up and are following up on the driver who did not place the notices appropriately. I am not happy that Trivillage did not allow UPS to hold the package considering that most people work during the day. UPS fault as well.

They were sold out of the GTS 8 that I ordered. After a few calls back and forth they eventually shipped a pair of the GTS 9 but in the wrong color. They did expedite the shipping so the shoes would arrive before a trip I was going on but they were still 2 weeks past the delivery estimate. Overall a good experience with their support reps but it would be better if I didn't have to speak to them.
