I was shipped the wrong digital camera (ordered E1035 and was shipped A1035). I contacted Customer Service and the reps explained to me that they did not have the item I ordered in stock, and they would have to refund my money. My money was promptly refunded, and I shipped item back to the seller. Although I did not receive the item that I wanted, the return process was fairly simple.

Bought a hammock. Received the wrong model. Shipped the wrong one back. Seller didn't have right one in stock. Promised refund. Been in contact for over 2 months now and still haven't gotten my money back.

A total nightmare! Goods weren't in stock as claimed. They refunded shipping cost and agreed to expedite shipment when eventually in stock. Then, after several delays, they told me that it would ship a week ago. I had to nag them again and it finally shipped two days ago, but using FedEx Ground rather than the expedited method they had agreed. Stay clear of ApexSuppliers - very dissatisfied.
