Item took over 2 weeks before it was shipped... No communications as to what happened... Contacted seller... compensated by refunding shipping costs...

I never received the item I ordered, amazon.com refused to deal with the issue (even though THEY charged my credit card), do yourself a favor ... NEVER order anything amazon farms out to computer brain, and, I have found that newegg.com is very competitive, and has great customer service. Amazon.com has gone so far down hill ... a shame.
