| Item was shipped via UPS with an in-person signature required. I work; I cannot wait at home for the UPS truck to come. This has resulted in considerable delays and hassle in receiving my package. I wish Dexclusive gave the option of waiving signature-required delivery, or at least made it clear to customers that this is how they ship. | |
