Seller sold me a product he did not have on stock. He made me wait for the product and did not contact me time. My child was looking forward to receiving this back pack for the first day of school. It took another two weeks after school started for him to receive his back pack. Not a pretty sight.

Awful, I buy online always and this is by far the worst experience ever. suppose to arrive 9/1 I called on 9/3 didnt return my call on 9/6 i cancelled order on 9/7 they processed my order and didn't arrive until 9/12 after school started. Poor communication via phone and email and do not fulfill delivery promises. They should have cancelled my order as I requested. Buyers beware
