Package appeared to be new, but one corner was cracked and open. The individual brush heads have their own inner containers and one container was broken (open) and the colored ring for the brush head was missing. If the damage was caused by USPS, the missing colored ring would have been somewhere inside the bubble wrap package, but it was not.
