Product was definitely USED, but still in perfect condition. I contacted the seller because I was concerned about the possibility of the map update "code" not working if it had already been used. No problem. Worked fine! Would order again from this company.

I bought a used Palm T/X, and the unit had a slight problem initially, but Chicago Gadgets was most helpful, and made sure I was satisfied. I would definitely do business with them again!

It seems to work fine in Leopard on the mini but it doesn't seem too work in Windows XP even though it installed with no errors. The fax gives fatal errors when sending. I don't know about receiving.

I was able to send back this camera charger (with my original paperwork), because it was not the correct one for my Sony digital camera.I was given a credit for the purchase in a prompt manner.

I called when my order did not arrive on time,I explained that usps had no info on said order other than the tracking number. The owner was very nice, and offered me several options to satisfy this problem. I was in a rush so decided to buy local (one of his suggestions), he gave me a full refund during our phone call.
