About Freedom Day Sales
Hi, my name is Heather Ekland. Freedom Day Sales was designed to be a simple retail sales store but it has grown to offer thousands of products and has begun to take on a life all its own. Very pleased. I ordered a refurbished model; they were out so they upgraded order to a new model at no charge.

The order was placed on October 11 and received October 27. The estimate said October 30 to November 7 so I guess they stayed within that time frame, but 16 days seems a long time. Then it arrived with the spring that holds the battery in place broken. It's a low dollar item and not worth returning it, but we just threw it away. Good lesson for future orders.
