TV arrived in good shape on local transfer truck within 10 days of placing order. Easy 5 question setup, terrific picture with Comcast cable HD. Can't wait to get Blu-ray player for best results. Very happy with purchase after 2 weeks.

He cancelled the order because he did not have it in stock, therefore, I ordered and received from someone else. He tried to uncancel his cancellation days later - claiming he sent it, which is not true. I find him to be greedy and deceptive.

Great product for the price. Needed to download the updated software to get it to work with vista. Otherwise, it's the best on the market! We have 3 different scanners in our office and this one is the best by far.

The seller needs to read his feedback. Most negatives including mine, relate to slow shipment and most of all no response from attempted contact. Tried to get confirmation and or status twice, no response. Other than that shipment arrived ok nine days after order.
