The phone is working fine. The alarm part of it has to be set every night, which keeps us on our toes. Wish it was a dual alarm, but I couldn't find a telephone and dual alarm system that we thought we would like. So far, this phone/clock radio/alarm is working just fine.

Item arrived damaged. I was told by phone that a new item would arrive in about 3 or 4 days. The item never arrived. When I emailed Price Pros I was told that the item was no longer available and that I would receive a credit for the account. What I really wanted was a new,undamaged item, not a credit.Very disappointing!

Very unethical. They sent me the wrong item and told me they do not actually carry the item I ordered...it was mistakenly listed due to an "inventory upload error, which has been corrected." I inconvenienced myself to return the item and it took over a MONTH for me to receive my refund. Oh yeah...the incorrect item is still being listed for sale. DO NOT do business with these scammers!!

WELL, THEY DID IT AGAIN! I PLACED ANOTHER ORDER WITH THESE UNETHICAL PEOPLE AND THEY CANCELED AGAIN ON ME! IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS EITHER A PRICING ERROR OR AN ERROR IN QUANITY. BUT, THEY WON'T CHANGE IT! THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I'VE ORDERED THIS SAME ITEM, SAME PRICE, SAME QUANITY. INSTEAD OF SHIPPING, THEY JUST CANCELLED ON ME! DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! BUY ELSEWHERE!
