| After much delay, got a defective unit. Asked the vendor TWICE to arrange for return at the VENDOR'S cost and to make such arrangements on receipt as to have my account credited for the full purchase price and original shipping cost. The vendor finally answered merely by providing an address to which the unit should be shipped. No prepaid shipping. No guarantee of being credited later. | |

| Item arrived on time and in new condition. This was a new battery and charger and it didn't want to charge. This is not the fault of seller but they didn't have a replacement, so I had to send back for a refund. This whole thing took several weeks. All is resolved now. | |
