| Item was receieved well within the due date but was not good enough quality to use for perimeter surveillance so I returned. Took 27 days from receipt of UPS delivering video camera to them to get refund. The responses that I sent through amazon to this company were prompt but the refund process was not. I am not sure if this is normal being my first actual time returning an item. | |

| Tried to e-mail and get ship date & tracking number. E-mail never answered. Days later I phoned and was told that "the database" had to be searched. Asked for a return call and was assured that I would receive one in a few hours. Never received call and that night Amazon sent e-mail that item had shipped. Package arrived several days after last due date. High shipping charges. | |
