I placed the order for my book on a Saturday, and received it by mid-day on Wednesday, in perfect condition, and now see why there were no neutral or negative ratings. One suggestion for future orders [to anyone] would be using bubble wrap or some sort of wrapping paper. Otherwise, thanks for the book & speedy delivery.
