The envelope was scrunched up and so was that corner of the book. It looked like it had gotten stuck in a postal machine. It is OK though.

I ordered the book Oct. 23 for my book club; didn't receive it for about 20 days and by that time no longer needed it; this was the first time an Amazon seller did not send me a book in a timely manner. When I contacted the seller, they were very professional and apologetic and immediately refunded my money, telling me to refuse receipt of the book and return to them, which I did.
