Received faulty receiver, refused to give me prepaid label to ship back for refund. Ended up spending a total of $37 for shipping (shipping to me, and shipping back). Refused to refund even the $21 required to ship the receiver back. Company doesn't care about its costumers. Bogus refund policy.
