About Great Timing
Great Timing is an online retailer of quality watches. Our brands include Skagen, Chase-Durer, Haurex, Swiss Military, Invicta, Tommy Bahama, Kenneth Cole, Croton, Freestyle, Casio, Vestal and Murano Millefiori Glass watches. All our watches are brand new and authentic, with factory packaging, and include warranties. We are constantly expanding our inventory and looking for watches of good quality that are stylish and affordable. We take pride in providing great customer service and can usually respond to email inquiries within an hour. We have been providing quality, affordable watches for 8 years. Our customers number in the many thousands; many of them buy from us repeatedly. We appreciate this loyalty and work hard to sustain it.
Great Timing distinguishes itself from other Internet retailers because we stock most of the items we sell. Many merchants simply list items for sale and forward the order to a warehouse for fulfillment. This often results in very slow turn-around time and frequent back orders. We do have drop-ship arrangements for some items, but we work closely with manufacturers and distributors to try to ensure that we post only items that are available. The results are obvious in our feedback. If there is a problem with fufilling your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

Skagen: Limited Lifetime Warranty provided by the manufacturer. All parts are covered except the strap, crystal and battery. Each watch is shipped with a warranty document.
Invicta: 12 month (from date of purchase) warranty against all manufacturing defects which does not cover the watch?s bracelet, strap, glass and battery.
Kenneth Cole?Limited Lifetime Warranty provided by the manufacturer against all defects in material or workmanship. The warranty excludes battery, case, crystal and strap. A warranty document with full details is shipped with each watch.
