this was a refurbished television, with scratches all over the front. when i bought it on amazon there was nothing about this being a used or refurbished unit. many people wouldnt mind since it is such a good price, but i felt misled. however, crutchfield is letting me return it, even having the delivery company come and pick it up with no charge for the return shipping.
