| I bought this filter with a Cuisinart Grind & Brew pot over 10 years ago. I just replaced the pot with a Krups Drip pot and a burr grinder, trying for a better cup of coffee. The pot still works but I wanted a conical grinder. I moved the gold filter over to my new coffee pot and it works great.
I was going to replace it, but why? I feel better about not using paper, besides you should never use paper filters with flavored coffees. They soak up all those precious flavored oils you are paying so dearly for. This is a great filter, if and when it goes I'll buy another one. p.s. I have always hand washed mine. | ||

| I actually did not order this coffeemaker. It was sent to me by mistake (not by Amazon)in place of another model. I was impressed with the apparent quality at first glance. I even thought of keeping it, although the price is quite high. It is a very complicated machine and depends on many of it's features performing flawlessly to get a cup of coffee. I did not like the idea of not being able to clean the burrs,ever. There are just too many things to go wrong on this pot. BUT what really made up my mind was buried in the owners manual, the information that you can not grind flavored beans, dark roast or any oily beans. That is how they get around the burr cleaning. They suggest that if you like these kinds of beans you should buy them already ground!! Doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose of paying for this kind of pot??? No where in the sales material did I find this information. I had to receive it, open it and read the owners manual. Well if you like to grind dry, flavorless light roast this may be your coffee maker. It may be a great pot, but for the price I expect more choices of what I grind and less potential problems down the road. I am returning it and getting my original item ordered. | ||

| These are the same great PUR filters I have been using for years, only better in two ways. They say the filtration process is improved, I can't swear to that, but I can put in some bad tasting municipal water and come out with very nice water to drink and make coffee with. The second way I can swear to--the price. At my local Walgreen, Rite Aid or Ace I have to pay $15.00 per filter, at Amazon I get three for $20.00 with free two day Prime shipping! Not much else to say, is there? | ||

| I think this is a fine little grinder. I do mean little. It does a fine job of grinding small batches of coffee beans or would probably be perfect for spices or flax seed, I haven't tried those. This is strictly a coffee grinder for me. The one I bought is VERY messy and hard to get the ground coffee out of. You must turn it upside down and use a brush to get the coffee out. The cord is so short you almost have to unplug it to do that. Way too much work early in the morning! If I try to grind enough for a full pot at once I am left with probably half a Tbsp.or more of ground beans all over my counter. I pay a ridiculous price for my flavored decaf beans, can't afford to waste that much coffee. It is quiet, fast and does a very nice job on fine grind, if you only brew up to four cups at a time, over that and you've got a mess on your hands. If it fits your needs it's a great buy. I am returning mine for one that will grind a larger batch into a removable container. No more upside down for me. | ||

| I purchased this item when I moved my adult Boston Terrier into an apartment for the first time. It was replacing one of the earliest model SpotLifters that I had been using for years. I thought we might have "adjustment" problems, and we did. This little cleaner does a better job of cleaning than my big machine! Lifts spots quickly and easily. My dog has adjusted and now I just use it for human "accidents" around the house. With a 17 yr old and all his friends, we have plenty. It has picked up everything: potting soil, ice cream and even pizza! At this price I wouldn't live without one in the house! | ||
