I store a lot of video files on my laptop so I need a lot of space. I have 8 external hard drives attached to my laptop through 2 of these Kensington DomeHubs. Along with the hard drives, I connect numerous other items. I have filled up 2 sets of these hubs so I just purchased a 3rd. It's amazing to be able to use 1 USB port on my laptop to connect all these extras. I have been using the Kensington model for a couple years and have yet to have a problem with them. As I add more data to my storage area, I'll continue to add more Kensington 7 port hubs to connect this data.

I love playing tennis, whether a video game or on the court. I have had problems in most every video tennis game I have played with the power settings on shots. The way it has always worked is hold the shot button longer and you get more power on the shot. The problem for me has been I was not able to get the player in a good position and hold the swing button long enough to build up power. With this game, you can hold down the swing button to build up power, yet still slightly move the player to the best position to get a good swing. The PS3 actually assists in moving the player in the best position and getting the most power and accuracy. The serves work great and the movement is wonderful. The graphics are amazing and I love the side games where you can build up your skills. I am very addicted to this game. If you are looking for an accurate, playable tennis game, go with this!

I just purchased this speaker set to replace an older Logitech speaker set I had. Initially, I was very disappointed with this system. The "6 Channel" hookup did not work well with my laptop that only has USB and headphone outputs. The older Logitech system I was replacing plugged into the headphone jack and provided great sound, I just wanted something louder, with more bass. When I opened the Z-5500 box, I noticed it only had the 3 prong connector. I plugged 1 prong into the headphone jack on my M-Audio Fast Track output system I have connected to my laptop and only the sub and 2 speakers worked. The sound quality was inferior compared to the older Logitech I had and I was frustrated. I didn't give up. I went out and purchased a couple headphone splitters for $10 a piece (which was the highest quality @ Comp USA that did not include individual volume controls) and attached the first splitter to my headphone jack. I then connected the second splitter into one of the 1st splitter's jacks. This gave me 3 headphone inputs to the laptop. I connected the the 3 plugs from the speaker outputs and turned on some music. The sound was wonderful. All 5 speakers putting out high quality music and the sub shaking the floor! Of course this method does not provide true surround because all the speakers are receiving the same signal, but it sounds wonderful. I think I prefer getting the same beautiful sound out of all 5 speakers over the true 5.1 surround sound. With the 5.1 surround, I have noticed speakers having little or no use numerous times. Hooking it up this way, all 5 speakers are continually putting out great, full sound. I've only had it up and running for a few hours but it is working very well! I'm very happy with this product.

I ordered this TV on 12/11. The next day I received an e-mail stating that "You're Amazon Order Has Shipped." My account was charged the $1,400.00. Great, right? Wrong, after a couple days I noticed that the tracking info screen still said "Info Not Available". I began to get concerned, so I called customer service 3 days after the order had supposedly shipped. I was told "the Panasonic TH-42PX60U 42" Plasma HDTV seems to have been lost in transit to you." How do you lose a 42" TV? Anyway, I called CS and was initially told that I could wait for a month for another one to be shipped or wait for 2 weeks and get my money back. I wanted to speak to a manager so I called back again. I was told that a manager had been spoken to and that the TV would be reshipped and would still arrive by the original estimate. I said Ok. 2 days have gone by and the tracking # is still the same as the "Lost Shipment" so I called back to find out what was happening. The CS rep I spoke to said she could not find any record of me speaking with CS about this issue. She said no managers were available and that they would call me back. I'm still awaiting a call back. I will never buy anything larger than a DVD from Amazon again.
Amazon told me that the TV had been found and was in Seattle, WA, 4 hours from where I live on Dec. 19. I was told to contact Eagle and they would deliver that afternoon or the following morning. It is now the 25 and Eagle/Amazon have no idea when it will be here. I finally gave up and purchased it locally and am requesting a refund from Amazon. I have spent hours on the phone with Amazon and they are blaming all the problems on Eagle. I am trying to figure out how to get my money back, but Amazon is claiming they don't have to get me my money back until they get the TV back from Eagle. I have began a report with the Better Business Bureau because I have received so many different stories from Amazon customer service on my refund. The latest excuse is that they have a "Special" group that deals with issues over a certain amount of money. They have no phone number and I am not allowed to e-mail them. Never buy anything from Amazon that won't fit in a small box.
Final Update: Amazon did come through and refund me the full purchase price. It took a while, but Amazon did come through. As for the TV, I love it. Beautiful picture and sound. The only down side is I decided I had to order HD programming from my sattelite provider. A few more dollars for service, but the picture/sound quality will be worth it.
