| This mouse is the perfect size -- not too big, not too small. (Its size makes it really easy to store.) Looks very sleek and is extremely ergonomic and moves around easily without a mousepad. It seems well made and I'm sure it will last much longer than those annoying Microsoft mice. Plugged in the USB receiver and the mouse worked instantly on my Mac. Only drawback is that the scroll is a bit slow compared to other mice, but that's not a huge problem for me. Overall a great buy, especially for the price. | ||

| This product is incredibly easy to use -- menus are designed well, instructions are clear, etc. I found that there was a small learning curve but it's easy to get over. The range of features QuickBooks offers is impressive, although some are a bit underwhelming. Overall, you will save a lot of time and money using QuickBooks versus other alternatives. | ||

| This is an amazing, top of the line camera!
PRO's: DESIGN The design is sleek and sophisticated, and although the camera is a bit bulky, it can still fit in my pocket. LCD screen does not scratch, which is great! BEAUTY SHOT MODE: I haven't seen this kind of retouching on a digital camera before. The camera processes the image you just took and smooths the faces it detects, removing blemishes/wrinkles, etc. A great mode to make your skin look clearer, but make sure you're taking photos in natural lighting (i.e. don't rely only on the camera's flash) when using this mode. LENS Wonderful wide angle lens, 10x zoom. Lens does not collect much dust, and the lens itself seems scratch resistant, but the rings around the lens can scratch easily. VIDEO AND SOUND QUALITY I was most impressed by the crisp HD video and sound quality when recording in VIDEO mode. The video quality rivals that of entry-level camcorders. CONS MANUAL MODE Like other digital cameras, you can't do too much in the "Manual" mode on this camera. Aperture can't be changed much, but shutter speed goes to 1/1500. USB CABLE / BATTERY CHARGER A huge disadvantage for me is that you must actually connect the camera (via USB cable) to an outlet to charge the battery -- there is no separate, plug in charger for the battery alone. Also, the USB port on the camera is a very strange shape, which can lead to some confusion as to how to plug in the cable. Overall, probably the best camera you can get for the price! | ||

| For a Mac user, having to export Pages files to .doc format can be annoying. For that reason, Microsoft Word is a necessary application. To get Word, you need to buy Office. I personally don't use Excel or any of the other standard Office applications. This Special Media Edition has some cool applications, but I find that the native Mac applications (iPhoto, etc.) are much better than the applications that come in this bundle.
An Overview of Word 2008 v. Pages 2009 Overall, Word is better when drafting a simple document. But if you're looking to design something (a flyer, project, invitation, etc.) or create stationary, Pages is the way to go. Word advantages: -.doc extension -Wonderful track changes/comments system -Sleek, modern design Pages advantages: -Drop & drag (images, etc.) -Alignment (images, text, etc.) -Excellent Template Gallery -Better formatting options -More streamlined toolbars/options If you're looking for the basics, you should go for the standard Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac. | ||

| The beauty of life is magnificently captured in legendary director Pedro Almodóvar's latest international sensation, "Volver." Almodóvar is known for his quirky, fascinating and extremely moving films that appeal to all people of all cultures. "Volver" is his best film to date, and it is, without a doubt, the best movie I have ever seen in my life. I was truly touched by "Volver." The cast is absolutely amazing; for those of you who are not of Hispanic or Spanish origin, it's important for me to stress how much of an icon both Almodóvar, Carmen Maura (Irene), Penélope Cruz (Raimunda) and Blanca Portillo (Augustina) are. This cast, and the director, are the best that Spain, and the international film scene, can offer. The story is so moving, so adventurous, so captivating that, if I were to disclose even one small tid-bit of information about how the movie begins or how the plot develops, I would be revealing too much. You will have to trust me when I say that this is a powerful movie about the bonds that form between generations of women, women struggling with life's many trials and tribulations. Seeing this movie released internationally has truly been an amazing experience for all people of Latin heritage, as the prowess of the Spanish film scene is finally being revealed. If you ever had a doubt about watching "Volver," remove it from your mind, and watch "Volver" now! | ||

| This review is for Spanish speakers/ para hispanohablantes "Ciudad de Dios" es una fuerte historia que refleja la vida de los habitantes de un barrio de Rio de Janeiro. Los habitantes de la Ciudad de Dios son humildes; son trabajadores que sueñan con una vida mejor. Pero, como en cada ciudad del mundo, cuando hay pobreza, hay problemas. Los "hoods" son rebeldes, con ganas de robar y conseguir las cosas de lujo que otros tienen pero le faltan al barrio. | This guide is very, very important for those who are learning about general fitness or for those who have no clue about exercising. The book itself divides all of the exercises into different categories pertaining to which muscle group the exercise helps the most, meaning you learn more about your own body after reading the book. It also gives great tips about how to exercise, and what time, etc. This book is a great resource to have, no matter if it's for your own personal use or if you own a fitness center and want to keep it on hand for your clients. | Babel, trying to imitate the wonderful style of Academy Award-winning Crash (Widescreen Edition), is a touching, thought provoking story of the world and its peoples. The movie itself has an amazing premise--a husband, Richard Jones (Brad Pitt) decides to take his wife, Susan (Cate Blanchett) for an exotic vacation to Morocco. But things are hardly exotic, as they will soon find out. From Morocco the story transitions to California, where a Mexican-American maid is left in charge of the Jones' children while the couple are on vacation. Babel continues to introduce new cultures as Mrs. Jones receives a wound to the shoulder while riding a bus through the deserts of Morocco. From there, a Moroccan family's role in the crime is unraveled, and the story of a Japanese deaf-mute begins. This movie is truly touching, as all of the subplots intertwine and a feeling of bittersweet catharsis is felt. This movie should be an absolute must for everyone; your life will be changed after watching this movie. | ||

| This is an alright label printer...here are some pro's and con's I've noticed. Granted, I've only had the thing for a few days, but I can already tell what's good and bad about it. THE GOOD: -Prints pretty quickly (regardless of quality of the printjob....see con's for more details) -Dymo stamps seems to be a nice program (although I haven't used it yet) THE BAD: -THE USB CABLE THAT CAME WITH IT DOES NOT WORK! IT'S A DEAD USB CABLE; IT DOESN'T WORK ON ANYTHING! I TRIED USING IT WITH MY LASER PRINTER TO TEST IT AND IT DOESN'T WORK! IT'S RIDICULOUS...... -It's HUGE! I had no idea how big this thing is! It takes up A LOT of space on my desk...I mean I--like most people--don't read the product specs to see how big it is. Even if I did, though, I would have never imagined that it would take up this much space! -Jams A LOT! Every second it jams, and then I have to press the feed button and take out a label and re-roll the entire spool. So I have tens of single labels just sitting around....because you have to remove the single label and re-thread the entire thing every time you want to print a label... -The software is A PAIN TO INSTALL! It took ten times for it to finally be installed. Maybe that's because THE USB CABLE THEY GAVE DIDN'T WORK.... -The LabelDesigner program doesn't know what PROPORTIONS are! I had to print several labels and they all came out LOPSIDED or CUT OFF! I don't understand at all! They have pre-packaged labels AND pre-determined proportions RIGHT IN THE PROGRAM! You choose which size label you want, and it's SUPPOSED to work. I was expecting more from Dymo. I would NEVER pay $160 for it...luckily I got it a little cheaper. | ||

| This printer is amazing for a home office or a business. I'm surprised at how low the price of this printer is: it's worth much more than $200. It copies EXTREMELY fast, prints fast, and its copying options (reduce, enlarge) are up to par with copiers that cost considerably more. My favorite feature is by far the automatic document feeder. It is AMAZING and much better than any I've used before--even on the extremely large--and expensive--Xerox copiers. The printer goes into sleep mode when it's not being used; you can't even tell it's on when it's in sleep mode, which is great. It saves energy, too. Even if you don't use a printer much at your home/office, you should buy this product. The Great Things are that: -The print quality is great, strong print -Copies virtually anything efficiently -AMAZING automatic document feeder -Extremely fast printer -Great sleep function to save energy -Great toner save function to save toner Some people might complain though: -It does make some noise when processing print jobs/copying, but it doesn't bother me at all -Electricity. Sometimes when I print/copy documents the light starts to flicker a little. Overall, the best printer I've ever purchased. | ||
