This vacuum is amazing at getting up pet hair. I'm not certain the ball mechanism is all that helpful Seems more like a gimick to me, but the vacuum works great. It's necessary to empty it frequently, particularly if you have pets. It doesn't take long at all to fill up. But it's easy to use and does a great job. The hose and attachments are convenient and simple to use on the fly. My complaint would be that the hose is just too short for most things. It doesn't want to stretch too far from the main unit, making it very cumbersome to use for things like stairs - or anything else where you want the hose to be able to REACH. Other than that, I love the vacuum. Is it worth the price? As others have said, it didn't blow me away as much as I expected, but it's definitely better than any other vacuum I've ever owned.

I've had this camera for a couple of years. Actually, I currently own the replacement I purchased after dropping the original into the water while kayaking! Easy to use, takes awesome photos, the setting choices make it easy to get great shots in any situation. The wide-angle feature allowed me to get the ENTIRE cruise ship in one shot! It's small and easy to carry. I can't say enough good things about it. I've found, with previous cameras, that it's difficult to see the image screen in bright sunlight. Having the view finder on this camera is a huge plus. You lose a small amout of size for the screen, but you gain the ability to line up photos in any kind of lighting, which is a major benefit. I can't see EVER upgrading this camera. It is PERFECT!

When I bought my house, the realtor suggested I paint the propane tank - located right in the middle of my back yard - yellow, to look like the Beatles' Yellow Submarine. While my 13-year-old son was all over that idea, I wanted a more classy solution. Because the septic tank is in front of the propane tank, I was unable to plant anything there. I bought some vinyl panels, designed to hide air conditioners and garbage cans. Too short. I bought lattice panels. The tank showed through and it was very obvious that the panels' sole purpose was to hide the tank. I added one of these taller willow panels, connecting it to the vinyl latice panels, and was tremendously pleased with the result. These work great if you live in a natural, wooded environment. They blend in so nicely and are so easy to connect to an existing fence panel. They even have a pleasant, woodsy scent. I only installed this weekend, so I can't speak to their durability, but they are really lovely.
