This is an overall good product, however, their support forum indicates the software will no longer be updated and the product will be discontinued. It would be hard to drop money on a product you know will not be supported in the near future. Just a word of caution.

Software did not install properly so I downloaded it from their web site. That only partially worked. I have never had a problem w/ a pug & play device on the computer I attempted to install it on. Their customer support is a joke. I was on hold twice for 20 mins and finally gave up and returned the product. I will never purchase anything from by this manufacturer again.
