	Vandread - Second Stage - Final Assault (Vol. 4)

Vandread the Second Stage Volume 4 - Final Assault... appropriately titled. Continuing from `Revelations', the Nirvana crew enounters two not too inviting factions from Mejale and Tarak, taking them into custody to stand trial. It's Citizen Kane via sci-fi and leading to several surprises(big battle included) straight to the ending... if logic served, another Vandread series could come to be. Not a spoiler: in the final episode, there is a time-honored issue addressed (think anime).
	Dragon Ball Z - Bojack Unbound (Uncut)

With every Dragonball Z movie, there's one unparalleled fight. Bojack Unbound is among the 13 movies that had a big fight... could have been a little more but being under 60 minutes, I can't complain. Action, comedy and a feeling of exactly how big a fighting arena is. It was great how so many characters appeared (including one intimidating scene between Bulma and Chi-Chi). Mr. Satan (Hercule) intent on holding on to the World Championship.
	Dragon Ball GT - Calculations (Vol. 9)

DragonBall GT has the unique `full circle' premise... `Calculations' features the newly built Android 17, created by Dr Myuu and Dr. Gero... possessing immense power and intent on destroying all that oppose him. To fully describe Android 17, I'd ruin the outcome; simply, he's a nasty one.
	Xbox 360 Elite System Console Includes 120GB Hard Drive

The Xbox 360 Elite was the second unit I purchased and despite a service return to Microsoft, I did receive a new unit and had no problems at the time of this review. The 120 GB hard drive and 30 feet wireless control use are plenty... the InterCooler unit was extra but I was encouraged to buy one. Every 360 game I purchased I was able to play and many of the original Xbox titles play well (Halo and Halo 2 are wonderful). I give 2 thumbs up for the `Elite.

Purchasing Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory was overdue. As entertaining as the movie, the Oompa Loompa lyrics... what's not to love? One of my all-time favorite CDs
	Danny Elfman - Beetlejuice: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack

After seeing Pee Wee's Big Adventure, I came to the conclusion that I enjoy music as much as the movie. Seeing Michael Keaton as `Beetlejuice' was quite a surprise and the music by Danny Elfman... set the mood for the weirdness only Tim Burton could think of. Could have used an accordian but hey, it's Danny's work. Go Danny.
	The B-52's - Whammy!

I bought the `Cosmic Thing' CD first and enjoyed it... going to the beginning with the first B-52's CD. `Butterbean' is my favorite track... where else could you find such a thing? Fred Schneider, Kate Pierson, Cindy Wilson, Keith Strickland and Brian Wilson... the Fun Five.
	Juno Reactor - Pistolero [EP]

`Pistolero' by Juno Reactor is my `guilty pleasure' CD. After 2 disappointing digital downloads, I finally found the CD on Amazon.com (which I am eternally grateful.) Every western movie literally ran through my head while listening to Pistolero (does wonders with the right videogame). Worth a holding on to.
	Deee-Lite - World Clique

`World Clique' manages to avoid the bargain bin; one hit, that's it. With `Groove is in the Heart' to the bonus track `Build a Bridge'... `World Clique' is literally a dance party in a CD and holds up after the album release 16 years ago.
	Pet Shop Boys - Introspective

`Introspective' consists of 6 tracks... short of the average 9 tracks on an album. Always On My Mind / In My House, Domino Dancing and 4 other tracks... entertaining and dynamic in sound.

Vandread - Second Stage: Survival. I looked passed the `not as good as the first' thing and enjoyed Survival. Besides adding Misty to the list of women pursuing Hibiki was the episode `Blossoming Path', which Bart and Duero actually left the Nirvana... can't give away what happens after. It looks very promising... looking forward to the rest of the series.

	Duran Duran - Astronaut
	"Only Duran Duran could make a release like this."	2004-12-23
Disregarding every cliche said, if possible... Astronaut is the album that only Duran Duran could record. After several alternate projects, the original members came together and assembled a dozen songs to listen, dance and live to. `Sunrise' and `Nice' are easy on the ears and `Bedroom Toys' for a somber moment. Every song worth a listen... well done.
	Beast Wars Transformers - The Complete Second Season

It wasn't until the DVD release of Beast Wars that I actually viewed the series in chronological order and saw some scenes removed from the US television and VHS versions. With the quantum surge, resulting in the `Transmetals' (which was never fully explained), the return of the aliens, two Fuzors and the dramatic three part adventure `The Agenda'... this was the best season of the three.
	Vandread - Enemy Engaged (Vol. 1)
	"Interstellar action and building romance"	2002-08-20
Vandread is `Lost In Space with a pich of Star Wars and Robotech (Macross)'. An interplanetary war between men and women, which the women are declared `superior'. The result of the most recent battle involves a male stowaway, a male doctor and a screwball helmsman who couldn't charm a fish... trapped on a ship commanded by women, soon to band together to battle a race who wants everybody different from them dead. There's comedy, action (cool 3D effects), unintended romance (Hibiki... pursued by Dita.) and a lesson to be learned... again.
	Yu Yu Hakusho - Spirit Detective - Yusuke Lost, Yusuke Found (Vol. 1)

Yu Yu Hakusho... a demented series... however, it's very entertaining. The biggest troublemaker in his town, Yusuke Urameshi, is killed in a car accident, presented with an ordeal by guide Botan, to win his life back and having to depend on his rival, Kuwabara to keep his body in one piece. Not good for a 14 year old to experience. Plenty of comedy... Koenma, 700 years old, looks like a kid with `Jr.' on his hat and pacifier. A great series... characters conveniently balanced.
	Martian Successor Nadesico - Endgame (Vol. 6)
	"The series that comes full circle..."	2001-08-23
`Endgame'... containing the final 5 episodes of the series, from a festival honoring the Jovians with a Gekiganger convention to the outcome of the Earth-Jovian war. There's plenty of drama, comedy, action and some romance that makes `Martian Successor Nsadesico' work. I'll miss it...
	The Transformers - The Movie

I saw `Transformers the Movie' twice in the theatre... did Spike really say that `unspeakable' word? It was great to see several of the `original' Transformers, leading to the intro to the newer ones like Hot Rod, Blurr and Galvatron (the reincarnated Megatron). A bit of action (could have used more but a plot was necessary), one liners and the Dinobots' love for Kup's war stories... classic.
