The first couple times I made the coffee, I was worried about screwing it up because the instructions are not 100% clear, and they are kind of tedious. However, the coffee extract is perfect for iced coffee. I add vanilla soy milk, and it's heavenly. The problem with attempting to make hot coffee out of it is that you won't be able to get it hot enough just by adding boiling water (You might be able to microwave it though, as I don't have one).
