I was very pleased with the ease of set-up and the really sharp HD picture. I was less pleased with the harsh sound similar to my old am radio of my youth. There is not much room on this set for good speakers. I resolved my problem by plugging in a set of self amplified computer speakers that I had used with a now discarded computer.I plugged them into the earphone outlet and the sound is now very good.

I replaced my GO dvd recorder with this machine and found that the Panasonic is much easier to use, has a much longer range remote control and seems to be useable with a variety of DVD+R and DVD-R discs. I do not use DVD RW discs. The only negative is the fact that although I may record HD TV image in widescreen format, the playback is 4x3. Quality is good. I like the black color of the component matching other components in my rack. It is a great supplement to my cable dvr if I wish to have a more permanent record. The price was low and I believe that this is a really good value product/ After 2 months of use I have found this a very easy to use machine

I have a Mac with OS 10.3.9. My printer is a hp. I have had minimal problems with the Epson software and had to go to the Epson site for a further software download. I like the epson smart panel. I have had no trouble scanning photographs to my iPhoto application. The prints using the epson scanner and hp printer are fine .

This is an excellent history of the airplanes of the Ilyushin group. Well illustrated with photos and plan views as well as a color photo selection. If you are interested in Russian aviation, this is a great addition to your library. Yefim Gordon has written extensively on Russian aviation and this book adds to his reputation. Midland Publishing has another winner.

The recorder requires a bit of initial effort and possibly help to use, but once you figure it out, it seems to work well. There are 5 levels of quality with this recorder - the one hour is fine, the 2 and 3 1/2 hour quite good and the others fair. This does not replicate the quality of an original dvd but I have been happy with it.
My only complaint is the poor range of the remote control. The manufacturer's customer service tells me that this is a common situation with this machine.

The device is easy to use. I use it with a $100 DVD-VHS deck and a $200 DVD recorder (GO). Although it only enables enhancement and copying of the video portion, add a left & right audio cable between the source (DVD, VHS, Camcorder, etc.) and the DVD or VHS recorder and you can copy anything. The copies are good, but not as good as the original purchased DVD disk, but quite acceptable.

I originally viewed this movie in the 80s and had positive feelings about the story and the cast. When the DVD release became available I purchased and viewed it again. I enjoyed it even more. This is the story of a coca-cola trouble shooter and an independent pop producer in Australia and the Coca-cola man's (Kid)effort to have coca-cola expand into the market area of the independent brand.Doen't sound funny but it is. It is funny and although there is nudity and sexual content,it is a gentle and sweet movie with abundant humor.
