 | "Fantasic Better Than What I've Heard" | 2009-10-05 |
Windows Vista Rocks its much more secure feature rich has a cool photo editor for the basics, and you can search any file or program right on the desktop no need to go clicking thru folders to find something. Highly organized with destinations for all downloads which can then be moved to the appropriate folder. When I import pictures my camera was recognized right away no need to install it using a disc and pictures imported with a date stamp to my pictures folder automatically. I love Vista can't believe I waited so long to upgrade, by the way download on to disc Service Pack 1 and Service Pack 2 which should be installed before you take your system online or install any other software increases overall performance and installs vital security patches.

 | "UNRATED DIRECTORS CUT & UPCONVERT DVD 1080i" | 2008-04-07 |
I love both the orginal and sequal, you can get the directors unrated cut of first movie with a few small extras on regular dvd. I dont have blueray but I do have a philips upconvert dvd player and it looks great compared t 480p u have to use a hdmi connection. I agree with another reviewer who said there was little difference in dvd/blue-ray while I didn't do a scene by scene comparison I have seen it on both formats at local big box store. I was looking at a tv just happens they had one hooked up to blueray on one side and on another a regular dvd to the salesmans dismay I asked him to hook up the dvd player using hdmi VIOLA upconverted to 1080i looked good to me,order your hdmi cables online and get the movies used from another seller on amazon save some cash. AWESOME MOVIES BOTH UNDERWORLD AND EVOLUTION BEST SEEN IF YOU PLAY THE FIRST PART OF SECOND MOVIE THEN SWITCH TO FIRST PICK UP SEQUAL RIGHT WHERE FIRST LEAVES OFF STORY MAKES MORE SENSE ESPECIALLY IF VIEWING UNCUT ORIGINAL. totally recommended, and hold on buying blue-ray tech is changing so fast you never know whats around the next corner but dvd is not going anywhere soon as in the way of the vhs.

 | "Modern Classic Nastiness" | 2008-01-16 |
I love this movie, after purchasing the DVD and watching it again I have to say it's close to a modern classic as you can get with this type of movie. Thrilling, sometimes scary, often just nasty bitchness that is fun and entertaining.

 | An American Werewolf in London |
 | "A Ground Breaking Classic" | 2008-01-16 |
This movie coined the word Special FX, thanks to Oscar Winner Jim Baker, who also worked on the FX of Legend of GreyStroke, This movie is gory, funny, scary, mesmerizing, and did I say gory. John Landis the director, has yet to recapture the magic he created in this film.

 | Los Barrios Family Cookbook : Tex-Mex Recipes from the Heart of San Antonio |
 | "Yum Yum Give Me Some & Make it Tasty Healthy" | 2007-04-03 |
I love this restuarant and it's always packed Monday thru Friday, I was living in Alexandria Virginia when the book came out being a San Antonian I had to get it little did I know it would change the traditional family way of making Texican (Texas Style Mexican Food). I now and will always cherish this book substitutes cabbage for tradition lettuce that is a very healthy twist and thats just one of many examples of the healthy twists in this book. If you are a vegan this book could really help you put some pazzaz in your food with some simple substitutions. One of my favorite dishes in the restuarant is Green Enchiladas made with tomatillos and that great recipe is in here just wish my cooking skills were up to the task. I would definetly give this as a gift. San Antonio is not all about the RiverWalk take some time out of the downtown area when visiting and do what the natives do eat at Los Barrios.
