	Futurama: Bender's Game [Blu-ray]

I'd put this final installment of the 4 direct to DVD Futurama 'movies' as the 2nd best, a distant second to the first one 'Bender's big score' but a good/decent one none the less. I wouldn't bother buying this for anyone who isn't already a Futurama fan, I don't see this winning any converts- but where else are you going to get your Futurama fill? Sure we can wait for these to come out on TV but I know buying the DVD is doing my part to help convince the powers that be that Futurama needs to come back, either as a TV show or a movie or something.

I bought this product because I have very high tryglicerides... After purchasing it and expensive strips I see in the user manual that the device will display an error if your tryglicerides are over 400... Mine are at 1200, down from over 3000 and hopefully, still improving, but it will be a long time before I can use this device to test them- and with the 'expiration date' on the test strips, some of them just a few months away, all of this is basically junk. I took my cholestrol since that should be in range and it read 258... I'm not sure how much I trust it as my fasting cholestorl as measured by the doctor last week was 40 points higher. I sure hope it's a legitimate result but I know it should be higher, a lot higher. Also the single use lancets supplied mean that if you 'miss' or don't get a good prick you'll have to buy/find your own- I wish they used the standard lancet type pen that comes with glucose meters, you'd think for what they are charging for the test strips they could provide quality lancets. It's a great idea and I hope in coming years better meters come out that can test faster, larger ranges, and such- but this isn't there yet. I guess if you're levels are are 'normal' you can use it but why would you waste your money on this if you're levels are decent to begin with.

I have an AM/FM radio in my office but it's always a pain changing the volume when I'm on a call and it's obviously impossible to 'pause' it and not easy to record anything... This solves all those problems... AND it came with an extra USB extension cord so you can place it near a window or otherwise away from your computer equipment for better reception- this is even more important for AM reception since virtually all electronics cause interference in the AM bands. Plus now if I take a call or walk away from my desk I can just 'pause' it and when I come back later I can skip over the commercials. It's also completely USB powered so there's no extra power cord needed.

I've had my hands on a number of different "IP" or "Internet" cameras and I was excited to see this one after the positive reviews, compact size, and pan-tilt-zoom capabilities. However after setting the camera up I was sorely disappointed. First and foremost it all comes to the picture quality- at 640x480 mpeg-4 I was expecting quality approaching that of a real video camera- DVD's after all are 720x480 pixels... Even with the camera hard wired into the local network video quality was marginal at best- it looked like a zoomed 320x240 video, or worse. Color was poor, even in a decently lit room... Contrast was also extremely poor- I'm not sure what is the ideal setting for this camera- too dark and you see nothing, but with a bright light the image is washed out. The install software is primitive, definitely not optimized. On the plus side I was able to set it up relatively easily and got it connected to the Internet without having to call Panasonic tech support, something many other reviewers complained about. The power cord is also on the short side- for a security camera I'd expect a much longer cord. Overall I'd say skip this camera... Toshiba makes a PTZ Internet Dome Camera with much better picture quality, and Linksys makes non-PTZ cameras for a third the price with as good or better video quality and better recording software.

This Garmin is probably the best GPS out there money can buy. Easy to use, the buttons on the touch screen are large enough that even big fingers like my own can accurately enter information. My second Garmin Nuvi, I would buy it again if my new car didn't have GPS built in- but still great to take with you on vacation.

First, the list price for this is $599, not $899- it was never $899 and there is no reason to buy it for a $1 over $599. Other than though the system is great, the game it comes with (Motorstorm) is great! (A racing/rally type driving game with all types of vehicles and better-than-realistic graphics) Be aware though- it does not come with the cables needed to hook it up to an HD TV... it comes with the standard def RCA cables. If you have an HD TV you will want to buy a standard HDMI cable or, if need be, the special Playstation HD Component cables.
