very good dvd of two people once employed by the bellamy family
in London. Now of on their own trying to make their way in early england society. getting into all kinds of scrapes and making new friends on the way, this delightful series has a very good suprise ending. It also makes one understand thomas and sarah's charcter a bit more. If you like John Alderton and Pauline Collins (real life husband and wife) you will love this series. Very entertaining. I loved them in the Wodehouse playhouse series also!!!!

Let's face it. We all have our favourite programs to watch, whether it is an hbo tv series, the news, the comedy channel, or a nice BBC program for us to view here in america. Ballykissangel just happens to be the one of the best bbc programs I have ever seen. I just hope they keep putting more of them on video to enjoy as our local stations don't show them in a steady stream.

Ballykissangel just happens to be the one of the best bbc programs I have ever seen. I just hope they keep putting more of them on video to enjoy as our local stations don't show them in a steady stream. ballykissagel vol. 1 (trying to connect you and the things we do for love) video are worth buying! I give it 5 stars! I also recommend vol.2 (live in my heart and pay no rent, fallen angel) and vol. 3, (the power of glory, and missing you already)

if you watch city slickers 2 you may agree or not that it is as good as city slickers one. I personally think it is worth a watch. It also is a great sequal for 1, because the first one leaves you off where mitch's (crystal) life is beginning to be okay but.....more to come about him and his other friends in the second!

Even though Lisa Stansfield and Hugo Speer knocked my socks off, the price of 104.00 dollars is a bit much to ask for. I really hope this movie is put on DVD because I will be the first person in line to get it!

a warm and wonderful book for all ballykissangle fans. I love to read this book when the show is not the air. I recommend the second volume; a sense of place as well. I only wish they would write another volume!
