| I like the sleekness and the design, as well as the large LCD. It has been a hit with friends because of the innovative touch screen technology. But I have to agree with the others about the sensitivity of the touch screen. It lacks consistency. The pictures I took of landscapes are not bad. The colors and details are sharp. I'm not so crazy about portraits and anything taken indoor. Comes off grainy. Quality and the sound of videos are not remarkable. It's just like any other digital cameras. I would love to have a tangible zoom button. So if you're going for dazzle and functionality, you might as well get the Sony DSC-T77 or T700. | ||

| You can't know how invaluable this little thing is until you have to take the dreaded Calculus. I'm in high school and currently taking Pre-Calculus and in a month I'm starting AP Calculus. While in high school, I was enrolled in an early college program. I've managed to ace my College Statistics, Geometry, Algebra without the help of any Texas Instrument calculators. Got by with a simple scientific calculator. But Pre-Calc is a different matter. We were required to use TI 84 Plus Silver Edition. And I'm glad I learned how to use it before heading off to college. I just know that this handy device is going to save me tears when it's time for College Calculus. STARTING: I'm still learning how to use the device. It can get a little overwhelming at first because of the many buttons and the many functions. Yes, it is intimidating and yes, it is a little complicated. But be patient, read the manual or get the book TI 84 for Dummies. THE PRICE: I do agree that it is very pricey, especially for student budget. It can really hurt your meager student savings, like it did mine. But this is a good investment, especially if you are planning to major in something involving a lot of math. THE LOOK: Not bad. It's silver so it looks a bit more elegant than the previous black TI Calculators. There's also other colors to choose from like pink, blue, purple and orange. No matter how much tempted I am to buy the girly pink TI84, I settled for a neutral silver because I might decide to bequeath it to someone else if I purchase a new one later on. It is a little bulky and heavy for me. But one thing I can say for it is that it is tough. Mine hit the concrete floor about 3 times already. It sustained a little scratch but that is it. | ||

| Charles Schultz' beloved comic-strip characters come to life in this award-winning audience favorite. The revival is so delightful. The musical score is delightful. And the songs will definitely bring you lots of laughter. Kristin Chenoweth's character Sally Brown is most definitely the one to watch for. With her rendition of My New Philosophy alone, it's hardly surprising why she won the Tony for this role. Also loved the song Little Known Facts, I can't stop laughing when I first heard it. I admit I kinda winced the first time I heard Ilana Levine's voice. But it sorta grew on me I guess. And anyway, the more I think about it, her voice is appropriate for Lucy. Another favorite is Glee Club Rehearsal, the way they keep fighting over that pencil. And "What's an enigma?" Hahaha. Anthony Rapp and BD Wong also has funny moments. I especially like Charlie (Anthony Rapp) when he was singing The Doctor Is In. "Wait a minute, Snoopy likes me!" Lucy:"He only pretends to like you because you feed him." Poor Charlie! And Lucy's quite mean to Charlie. I also laughed at BD Wong because I'm used to seeing him in Law&Order:SVU. Get a copy of this revival cast recording. It's really worth it. For your whole family. Hilarious and great musical score. One of the best family musicals. What's the difference between the 1967 Original Broadway production of YAGMCB and the 1999 Revival? The characters that is presented in the original stage production has been maintained, but a new perspective has been added. The new cast of six characters includes Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy, Schroeder, Snoopy and Sally Brown (she replaces Patty.) The original twelve songs all remain in this version, and two new songs: Beethoven Day (Schroeder & Company) and My New Philosophy (Sally with Schroeder) have been added. Some of the underscoring music was also replaced (Lucy's Queen Lucy and Snoopy's Red Baron). The music and the dialogue has also been reworked. | ||

| I must have seen this movie a thousand times since I was 3. I have both the Original Broadway and this 1982 Soundtrack. This recording include songs you wouldn't find in the Original Broadway Cast Recording (OBR) like Sandy, Let's Go To The Movies and Sign... You simply have to get this in addition to your OBR. I also like Aileen Quinn's version better than Andrea McArdle's. Some songs were also arranged differently from the OBR. I also like Ann Reinking in this version. | ||

| This is the first online purchase that i made from amazon.com, along with my SAT reviewers. Lea Salonga's impeccable voice will surely have you craving for more.I had the fortune to visit the Philippines last year and got all of her available recordings,in addition to my fds, ms, les miz recordings, 11 all in all, including one that was recorded when she was still young (i assume she was younger than 12).And in addition to that, i get to watch the Songs from home live, which is in Filipino, except for the song Two WOrds which she sang at her wedding.Lucky for me, we have subscription to The Filipino CHannel. She's really a joy to watch, her voice far exceeds the so-called singers of today (and people who fancy themselves singers).She may or may not impress Simon Cowell, but one cannot deny that she is way better than most of the contestants in American Idol. This cd is so different from her other recordings, i especially enjoyed the songs "The Journey" (I used it as background music for the video montage for my own debutante's ball,and my friend's quincenera),"It's Just Goodbye", I HOnestly Love You, and We Could be in love. I just hope amazon.com will start selling her other recordings so I won't have to bother my friends to send me cds . Anyway, I got most of her cds for less than 10 bucks (I think it was 375 pesos for most of her cds) so i'm not complaining, plus the Philippines is full of talented singers, so i'm very keen on visiting the country. | ||
