Motorola RAZR V3i Phone (Unlocked)Motorola RAZR V3i Phone (Unlocked)
Rated 5 Stars"A Step Forward" 2008-07-17
I can't say I had problems with this phone... being a former owner of the older version, V3. While both looked the same, the V3i have a lot of added features that, for a while confused me. But after a week of tweaking, I finally came to love the added features and was happy with it.

While it's true that this phone is not MAC-friendly, I also found out that the Phone Tools software do not recognize it as an existing product of Motorola. Extra features aside, I got this phone because of the memory expandability that the V3 lacked. I'm one phone user who doesn't use whatever extras are stashed in to make a phone worthy of one's time... so long as I could make/receive calls; send/receive text messages, and listen to a bit of music. Internet access via the phone may be nice to some but not to me. That's just added expenses to my hefty monthly bill with AT&T.

To sum it up, this phone isn't the best there is out there but useful enough for my own needs. I'd buy another of this V3i, hands down (i.e., if I happen to have the extra cash to own a second unit). With Quadband frequencies-- it makes a good phone for travel outside America. Battery life is also a big plus. Some people could downplay this phone for what lacks but not me. :D

A Little Snow Fairy Sugar - SpecialA Little Snow Fairy Sugar - Special
Rated 5 Stars"The best anime for all ages." 2008-07-04
Firstly-- you have got to love anything cute before buying this or any other set of the same show: voices, scenarios, colors, layout, story, characters and most specially Sugar (the tiny Snow Fairy) herself BECAUSE she's all over the frames like some klutzy thing that wanted to be of help, no matter her size!

And secondly-- this is a steal! With so many anime titles to choose from, sometimes it's really a difficult matter to pick which one's the next best thing for your growing collection! I was at Borders Bookstore (Northridge area) 2 years back when I chanced upon the manga version. As soon as I got home, I searched online for an animated version and amazon has them. I didn't need to complete the book form after I got the complete box set of the show, and I have no regrets either.

And lastly-- if you're an OTAKU, you won't even care how Sugar behaved at all times because her cuteness will definitely win you over. So what are you still waiting for? Go BUY it NOW! :D

Samsung A737 Cell Phone (Orange) (AT&T)Samsung A737 Cell Phone (Orange) (AT&T)
Rated 4 Stars"Multi-featured 3G Phone!" 2007-12-12
I just opened an additional account (for business use) with AT&T Wireless and one of 2 phones I got is the Lime & Black Samsung A737 model/unit. It's a slider-type of phone that is fully-loaded with features that would easily tickle today's kiddies! It has music & video player, 1.3 MP camera, video and voice recorder, SMS & MMS, net browser, packs selectable dual or quad-band options (for browsing/downloading needs) and ring-tone samples that are virtually hip and diverse from my old Moto Razr V3. The A737 is much, much better than what older models could offer. There's a snag though. Figuring out how to use all the features takes time and focus. I haven't found the DELETE/BACKSPACE key yet (when composing text messages or updating my personal greetings). Compared to previous phones that I owned, I found this particular brand somewhat frustrating whenever I get back to it and try tweaking around the many controls it had up its sleeves! Great phone with medium to high learning curve, or else it's just me. I give 4 stars (for now) because it's truly intimidating once you begin checking out what it's got hidden inside! It would be best to find someone who's good at solving wireless puzzles first before applying whatever you thought about this product after. The Lime & Black model looks more dynamic than the other 2 available colors (Black and Orange & Black). The user manual/booklet, comprehensively long as it is is no help when looking for the right points you wished to know. You'll also need a clear magnifying glass to read through the information listed/printed inside. Overall, it's nice and quaint. I just found it harder than most to learn. Using it is almost at par with other brands but watch out for its tiny keypad. You might miss the right one when trying to dial someone's number (unless you're a girl with long fingernails, then you won't have any trouble there).

Seven of SevenSeven of Seven
Rated 5 Stars"A Good Trilogy: Seven of Seven" 2007-01-07
Contrary to the one reviewer that gave this trilogy a single star, I give Seven of Seven, FIVE STARS-- because I LOVED IT!!! Let's put aside the story and instead talk about why I bought it! I buy mangas based on "how they appear inside" and storywise later. Given, most titles nowadays aren't exactly well thought-of... which falls the same for its animated version(s). But SEVEN OF SEVEN is a fun read for anyone looking for humor, peer and heart pressures at school set-in-manga-situations and kawaii characters. Of course, it won't be as nice as others (i.e., "Stray Little Devil", "Yakitate! Japan", "Junk Force", "Hinadori Girl", etc.) but good enough for your money.

My manga-buying motto is this: "If it's cute enough for me, then it deserves a home among the rest of my collection!" For this 3-book series, you won't regret it. Buy it! You'll love it as much as I did!!!
