Takes some doing to make this stuff and the filter always gets clogged and its a bear to clean when its half full of coffee grouds and water. My wife and I didn't think it did justice to what we were looking for. Went to a Espresso maker and we add hot water and it seems to do about as well acidity wise but tastes lots better and its easier to make and less wasteful.
