| I just received this French press and it's very well crafted. It's replacing a Bodum that breaks too easily. One major drawback is for those who are sensitive to metal on metal scraping sounds. Pressing this thing sounds like fingernails on a chalkboard! The inside of the press does not have the same shiny finish as the outside, which I think would help dramatically. | ||

| The machine performed OK for about 6 months and since then, it constantly and randomly displays "cartridge error" messages. I'm using OEM cartridges, too.
I've reset (using # + 3), cleaned cartridge heads, etc., and usually after a while it will start working again. But what a pain to do this every time. The included software for scanning is also awful, with a non-intuitive user interface. I have a Brother B&W laser that I've been using for many months, and it just works. I'm hoping to find a all-in-one that is just as reliable. It likely won't be an HP. | ||

| Have had these buds for a couple ears now. The sound is very clear but lacks some bass. Had a chance to try out some e530's, which put these to shame (expected given the price differential). I had to send back my original pair b/c of a fraying wire. Shure has some unbelievable customer service. They sent me a new pair immediately after receiving my old ones. | ||
