I have been so happy with the Zen. I think this is the best player EVER! The only complaint that I have is the ear buds are kind of large, at first they were uncomfortable but I'm used to them now so they don't bug me. This design is just awsome, way better than an IPOD. Just all around great for the music lover. I would purchase again in a heartbeat.
