| I love the features of this product, but the quality is something to be desired. The Mac people love to talk about the PC's "Blue Screen of Death", well, this Apple product has the "Black Apple of Death". It freezes and locks on a regular basis. If you are lucky, it only seizes for a few minutes and then resets. If it is not your lucky day, it will freeze completely and be completely useless until the battery dies and it can be recharged. I have the same complaint as everyone else, too, it was marred and scratched with hours of purchase. I'm sorry I bought this product. I love having an mp3 player that plays video, but I should've bought a different brand. Thankfully, there are many 3rd party companies that make accessories, because Apple charges a whole lot of money for every little thing. | ||

| My cats, too, love these little furry mice. One of my cats is 14 years old and she still plays like a kitten with her mice. When I come home and both of my kitties are staring longingly beneath the sofa, I know that the mice have "gotten away" and I need to go fishing for them. | ||

| Fabulous product. Works exceedingly well. Clear, crisp sound. Strong FM signal. Looks rather cumbersome but is designed to be adjustable to fit most spaces. Very nice that it charges the iPod since Apple doesn't see fit to provide a charger "sans" computer. | ||

| Tried everything to make this little "gem" work... Finally admitted defeat. * Unacceptable weak signal * Lots of static * Great in theory - sucks in reality Agree with other poor reviews - cord is too short, even with "extra" antenna - poor reception, not acceptable for music or audio books. | ||
