| The 760 is great, but I do not like that my battery after 2 years only holds a charge for 10-15 minutes now and it is not user replaceable and costs $99 to have it shipped to Garmin to have it fixed even if I just want the battery replaced.
There are very few models that have user replaceable batteries such as the 8xx series which is more expensive, but I do not need voice recognition and they do not come with lifetime traffic included. | ||

| Photoshop Elements(PHE) and Premier Elements (PRE) reliability is great. I've used 2 other DVD software packages and they had bugs and I was spending too much time trying to get them to work correctly, so since I wanted to upgrade Photoshop Elements from 2.0 to 3.0 I decided to try this software bundle and I am very happy and my family is also.
Since DVD capturing/converting/burning takes time, it's very important to me to have quality reliable software. I have not tried all of the more advanced functions of PRE. PRE even automatically adjusts the video to make it fit on the DVD which is a nice feature that my other 2 DVD products did not have before. A introductory tutorial DVD demo for PHE and PRE comes with the package as well which is nice. | ||

| The speed of this drive and software was much better than the other DVD burner and Intervideo software I had. pcmag.com rated this drive very good which seems to be accurate. There was a sound problem I had when playing back some recorded piano music, I reported the problem on the ulead web site and they responded in a day with the existing fixes available on the web site; however, I am still having a sound problem on certain videos. I think it is because I changed the amount of sound bits in the middle of the recording and the software cannot handle it, but software should not fail when this happens. I have now purchased Adobe Premier Elements and Photoshop Elements together instead and it was able to detect the sound bit change. The ulead software is the current release which is good at least. | ||
