Many of the other reviews here note how simple this product is. That's the best part about it. You plug it in, decide whether or not to install the pre-loaded software, and then just use it. This is a no-frills device that does what it says it does. The best part is that it's USB-powered to no other cables are needed other than the USB, and the speed of data transfer seems to be find for the casual user. I backed up most of the contents of My Documents (about 40 GB) and it took about 1.5 hrs. Excellent product.

Great price for a useful product. Worked fine with my second generation mini and much cheaper than other options.

This is my first bluetooth headset so I don't have anything to compare it to, but so far it seems to be pretty good. It's small, very lightweight, and comfortable. It's hard to judge the comfort of this device unless you try it yourself because everyone's ear and head are different.

I'm using it with a Motorola Razr V3m from Verizon. It paired easily and quickly. The connection is a little crackly even right next to the phone, which surprised me, but it's not so bad that it takes away from a conversation. Naturally, the further you get from your phone the reception deteriorates. Volume and clarity are fine and sound just like holding my phone up to my ear.

Overall it's a good headset and fine for my purposes. Only a few drawbacks: the volume and call buttons are a little hard to manipulate, and it would be nice if the unit could be held tighter against my head.
